Time flies. I get reminded of this often, especially when I get around to posting stuff on here and then look to when I first mentioned the idea and see how long ago it was. Blog posting dates don't lie!
Anyway, a while back, I finished a crochet scarf to show off the Malabrigo Silky Merino for the shop. I call it the Acrobatic Scarf since it's really just a couple of repeats of the acrobat stitch from a Harmony Guides stitch dictionary.
If you like it and want to make one, the pattern is available free right here. Enjoy!
Specs:
Yarn: Malabrigo Silky Merino, 2 skeins, 300 yards total
Hook: US size I
Size: Approximately 5"x52" unblocked; 7"x70" blocked
Gauge: Not really important, but mine was 5dc = 1" unblocked
Here's a close-up of the stitch. It really does look like acrobats tumbling, don't you think?
